Land Surveyor (ITE Graduates / Internships Welcome)

Job Summary
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Land Surveyors. In this role, you will conduct land surveys and manage survey data to ensure accuracy between construction drawings and actual site conditions. You will also maintain survey equipment, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with team members while working outdoors at various project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys and prepare accurate survey plots and data for construction projects

• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment and tools to ensure reliable operation

• Identify and resolve technical issues related to surveying tasks

• Detect and report discrepancies between construction drawings and actual site conditions

• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to coordinate survey activities

• Work collaboratively with team members to support project goals

• Perform fieldwork outdoors in various environments, including under sun exposure and in tunnels, while following safety procedures

Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec / ITE Diploma in a relevant field

• Valid Singapore Class 2B / motorbike license preferred (for travel between survey sites)

• Willing to work outdoors at different project locations

• Responsible, attentive to detail, and able to work in a team
