Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects.
• Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage.
• Carry out routine building alignment survey during the course of the project.
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings.
• Ensure all survey data is accurate and complies with project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data.
• Mark and stake out reference points and elevations for construction activities.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with surveying instruments.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients on survey-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of survey data, reports, and drawings.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years and above with physical site experience
• Basic knowledge in AutoCAD
• Proficient in using surveying equipment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certification in Land Surveying (e.g., Licensed Land Surveyor)
