Job Details

• Working hours: Office Hours

• Location: East 

Job Descriptions

• Manage laboratory inventory, purchasing, billing, and sample administration.

• Monitor inventory levels, expenditure forecasts, and operational KPIs.

• Coordinate sample receipt, tracking, discrepancy resolution, and traceability.

• Ensure timely and accurate billing for laboratory services.

• Maintain records and documentation in compliance with ISO17025, cGMP, and company standards.

• Support SOP creation, revision, and document control activities.

• Drive process improvement and digitization projects to enhance operational efficiency.

• Support audits, investigations, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance activities.
  

Requirements

• Education:  Minimally Diploma in related fields

• Minimum 1 years of experience in inventory, purchasing, logistics, or laboratory operations preferred.

• Experience in cGMP or ISO17025 regulated environments is advantageous.

• Proficient in inventory control, documentation, and administrative processes.
