- Assess and process name screening alerts
- Assist in KYC checks and reporting
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve KYC issues
- Promptly escalate potential or confirmed hits according to required timelines
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree holder
- >1 year of banking experience
- Experienced in KYC screenings
- Meticulous & good interpersonal skills
- Team player
