Job Responsibilities

• In charge of all food preparation and kitchen operations

• Basic food prep, ingredient handling, and knife work

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Ensure food quality and consistency

• Assist in menu development and creation of new dishes

• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Experience in café or Western-style kitchen preferred

• Basic food preparation and knife skills

• Passionate about cooking and open to creating new dishes

• Team player with good communication skills

• Responsible, cooperative, and positive working attitude

• Able to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
