Job Title: Kitchen Assistant (Central)

The Opportunity:

• Our client is a Leading Live Entertainment Company in Singapore and they are currently seeking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support the daily operations of the kitchen.
• The role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, handling basic kitchen duties, and ensuring smooth back-of-house operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation and ingredient handling
• Wash, cut, peel, and portion ingredients as required
• Support chefs and kitchen staff in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare ingredients and cooking items according to instructions
• Wash utensils, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
• Ensure proper storage of food, ingredients, and supplies
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory arrangement
• Dispose of waste and keep workstations clean and organised
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Support opening and closing kitchen duties

Job Requirements:

• Possesses an 'O' levels minimally
• Prior kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage
• Able to work in a hot, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
