Position: Kitchen Assistant
Job Description:
1.Food Preparation & Packing – Prepare ingredients (wash, peel, cut), portion and pack cooked food, and assist with tea break items and beverages according to standards.
2.Pre-Preparation & Inventory Control – Conduct pre-cooking checks, prepare raw materials, ensure proper labelling, and follow FIFO storage practices.
3.Hygiene, Safety & Improvement – Maintain kitchen cleanliness, handle equipment safely, comply with food safety SOPs, and continuously improve work processes.
