Job Description
- Key Account Manager (FMCG) - Up to $7,000 (Open nego) @Penjuru
- Develop relationships with clients by understand their needs and recommed products & services.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts.
- Contact point by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues and identifying opportunities.
- Work with the marketing, purchasing and logistics departments to meet client expectations.
- Negotiate contract renewals and meet deadlines for submission of promotion plans.
- Lead a team of merchandisers and plan/implement new product launching activities
- Analyse competitor activities and market trends to adjust account strategies.
- Keep track of KPI and key account metrics using data-driven insights to drive improvement.
- Prepare regular reports of sales progress and forecasts
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business with 3 years in FMCG / Modern Trade.
- Experience in key account management and proficient in MS Officer & CRM.
