Position : Junior Scrum Master The Junior Scrum Master will work closely with business users (Product Owners), the Product Manager, and the delivery &/or BAU Support to deliver Exposure and Profit and Loss solutions for our trading business.
·Support the Product Manager and Product Owner in day-to-day activities, including backlog management, sprint planning, and team coordination.

• Run and facilitate scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming/review, and retrospectives) for the scrum team.
• Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver value to customers.
• Assist in aligning digital delivery to the vision and strategic direction set by senior leadership.
• Help assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SSM, or equivalent) is required.
• Junior-level experience in any of the following roles - Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Management role.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, servant leadership, facilitation, and team empowerment.
