Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support cost management and quantity surveying functions for construction and interior fit-out projects. The role involves assisting in cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates including materials, labor, and equipment
• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements
• Support tender preparation and evaluation processes
• Monitor project costs and track variations
• Assist in contract administration and documentation
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience 
• Basic understanding of construction and costing principles
• Familiarity with QS software and MS Excel
