Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Identify process gaps, gather business requirements, and translate them into clear user stories
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders and AI teams to map current and future processes, ensuring smooth integration into business-as-usual (BAU) operations
• Partner with Regional and Technology teams on solution design and deployment, providing operational insights and inputs
• Prepare and manage test datasets for proof of concepts (POCs), and monitor solution performance and accuracy
• Ensure adherence to governance, standards, and regulatory requirements by working closely with Risk and Compliance teams
• Support training, change management, and communication efforts to drive adoption of new solutions among Operations users

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Operations Transformation roles
• Experience working on AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is good to have
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional delivery teams
• Experience collaborating with regional stakeholders and technology teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance considerations in operations environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
