Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process quotations and PO received
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Follow up with internal teams or suppliers on pending orders
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with incoming orders and basic coordination
• Support day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks
• Assist the team with ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
• Able to multitask
• Cooperative and able to work effectively with team members and support daily operations

Workplace Location: Ang Mo Kio, Techplace 1 (easily accessible to public transport)
