Responsibilities:

• Handle specimen reception, preparation, and packaging

• Conduct specimen analysis, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analyzers

• Provide support with telephone reception duties and ensure accuracy of patient bills

• Comply with the department's standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

• Maintain proper documentation of specimen handling and analysis results

• Assist in training and supporting new staff and interns in laboratory procedures

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering necessary laboratory supplies

Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma in Medical Technology or related Science field

• At least 1 year experience in laboratory environment

• Good patient relation skills and able to work under fast paced environment

• Good team player and self-motivated
