Explore Living is a growing interior design firm in Singapore specializing in residential renovation and lifestyle-driven home design.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about interior design, renovation, and working with homeowners to transform their living spaces.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates, junior designers, and career switchers who want to build a long-term career in the interior design industry.

No prior experience is required as full training, mentorship, and verified renovation leads will be provided to help you succeed.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,600 – $5,500 per month

• Project Commission based on renovation sales performance

• Monthly performance incentives

With commission and incentives, motivated individuals can achieve $5,000 – $8,000+ total monthly income depending on project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to understand their renovation needs and lifestyle requirements

• Provide interior design consultation, renovation advice, and space planning

• Prepare design proposals and quotations based on client requirements

• Present design ideas using layout plans, references, or mood boards

• Manage renovation projects from design proposal to project completion

• Conduct site visits during renovation to monitor project progress

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams

• Ensure renovation works are completed smoothly and on schedule

• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the renovation process

Requirements

• Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply

• Fresh graduates and career switchers are encouraged to apply

• Passion for interior design and residential renovation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven, responsible, and motivated individuals

• Good time management and ability to manage multiple projects

• Knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Photoshop is an advantage

• Ability to combine creative thinking with practical renovation solutions

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors)
