About the role:
As a Junior Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll be involved in representing brands through direct, face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns and events. This is an active, people-facing role that involves engaging with customers, supporting campaign and event execution, and helping deliver a consistently high standard of service on behalf of the brands you represent.

This role is intentionally structured as a launchpad rather than a fixed position. From your very first week, you'll receive ongoing coaching and constructive feedback from experienced team members, with the opportunity to progressively take on greater responsibility as your skills, confidence, and results develop. Over time, this can include supporting the training of newer team members, taking a more active role in campaign planning, and eventually moving into supervisory or leadership positions for those who demonstrate consistent commitment.

It's an ideal starting point for anyone early in their career who is looking to build a genuine, practical foundation in sales, marketing, and event-based work — while being part of a team that values effort and growth over polished resumes.
