Job Description & Requirements

• Update sales report for various sites/projects and perform reconciliation
• Verify vendor's invoice and update system (Quickbooks)
• Process payments and perform bank reconciliation
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Accounts Manager

Job Requirement

• Graduated in Professional Cert / Nitec / Diploma in Business or Accounting or experienced in Junior Account position
• Independent, efficient, and meticulous
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
• Prefers someone with Quickbooks experience
• AP & AR , Cash flow
• Start Immediately

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm
Work Location: 8 Jalan Kilang Barat
