Are you an experienced teacher looking for occasional teaching opportunities without the commitment of a full-time schedule? Joyous Learning, a centre helmed by current and ex-MOE teachers, is seeking reliable and proficient relief teachers to stand in for our classes on an as-needed basis.

This role is perfect for those who are passionate about teaching but prefer flexibility, whether you're taking a break from full-time teaching, exploring other commitments, or simply looking to share your expertise occasionally.

Subjects & Levels:

• Primary School: Mathematics, English, and Science
• Secondary School: English, Mathematics

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on provided materials.
• Manage the class professionally, ensuring students remain on task and understand the content.
• Provide support to students during lessons and address their learning needs.
• Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Prior teaching experience is essential (MOE-trained teachers or tutors with proven experience are highly preferred).
• Strong subject knowledge in the respective subjects and levels you wish to teach.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to upholding our centre’s high teaching standards and values.
• Flexibility to take on short-notice assignments for sick leave, breaks, or unforeseen situations.
