• 8 hours work + 1 hour break

• Customer service
• Appraisal and estimation of brand-name items and precious metals
• Handling first-time customers with care and professionalism
• Shipping preparation and basic store upkeep
• Basic data entry, stock check and daily operations

The main focus of this role is assessing and appraising luxury branded items, watches, and precious metals.

Many of our customers are visiting us for the first time and may feel nervous.
We value the Japanese sense of hospitality and are looking for someone who can sincerely and patiently attend to every customer.
