💎 Your Role

Luxury Sales Consultant (Junior & Senior)

You will:

• Represent Pearly Lustre as a Brand Ambassador, delivering refined, personalised service

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling

• Build long-term relationships with local and international clients

• Confidently present product stories, craftsmanship, and design inspiration

• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately

• Maintain elegant visual merchandising and boutique standards

• Manage customer enquiries with professionalism and care

• Support daily store operations and retail initiatives

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Sales

• Lead, coach, and motivate the store sales team

• Support store performance, daily targets, and operational excellence

• Mentor junior staff and uphold service standards

• Assist with stock control, reporting, and merchandising execution

👤 Who We’re Looking For

Senior Sales

• Experience in luxury jewellery, premium fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands

• Strong sales performance with leadership or supervisory experience

• Ability to manage team performance and store standards

Junior Sales

• Passion for luxury, fashion, and customer service

• Strong learning mindset and positive attitude

• Willingness to be trained and developed

• Shift-based retail hours:
  10:00am – 8:00pm or 12:00pm – 10:00pm
