Fujimori Kajita is a fine jewellery brand from Tokyo, specialising in handcrafted accessories designed using the finest gemstones and precious metals with unrivalled craftsmanship unique to Japanese artisans. We are currently looking for a full-time Retail Associate to join our team in Singapore.

Job Summary
As a Jewellery Retail Associate at our esteemed fine jewellery company, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while showcasing our exquisite collection to our valued clients. We offer a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanour.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the unique features and craftsmanship of our jewellery collections.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling jewellery pieces.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current promotions, discounts, and sales incentives.
• Ensure that jewellery displays are visually appealing and well-maintained to attract customer attention.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, alerting the management team to low stock situations.
• Assist in periodic stock takes and contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to gather feedback and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the store.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliations (if any).
• Uphold the company's brand image through personal presentation and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and support colleagues in achieving collective goals.

Requirements

• 5-day work week; Able to commit to retail operating hours which includes at least one weekend and/or public holiday
• Comfortable to work in department store
• Previous retail experience, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
• Able to communicate fluently in English (Mandarin is a plus point) to assist a diverse customer base
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Comfortable using digital tools and software such as Google Workspace
