IT Technical Support Engineer (Laptop)

• Provide customer support requests and queries
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems
• Providing technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Support on new product certifications and renewals
• Provide support on company’s Warranty Entitlement and Claim system

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, I.T., engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years of related experience and proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.

Salary: $4,200
