Retail Assistant (Computer Hardware & PC Assembly)

Location: Sim Lim Square, Singapore

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Retail Assistant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and attend to enquires
• Assist customers with computer hardware and accessories.
• Perform basic PC and laptop assembly and hardware installation.
• Maintain a clean, organized retail store.
• Process sales transactions and support day-to-day shop operations.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and PC/laptop components.
• Able to assemble desktop PCs and perform basic laptop hardware installation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
• Retail sales experience is an advantage but not essential.

Working Hours:

• 6-day work week:
• Off on Sunday and Public Holidays
