Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and follow up with project and all staffs hardware, software issue.
- Set up and daily Maintain project and Server and data security.
- Set up and maintain project CCTV system.
- Apply the internet and set up project internet system
- Purchasing related software or other materials
- Set up bio matrix system
- Due with supplier of others software issues
- Ensure on call support for critical IT services work with relevant resolver group.
- Manage IT opportunities, risks and challenges pertaining to IT user help desk operations.
- Others IT related meter request by management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science/ IT Technology Information or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in IT Support / technical support.
- Good technical skills in windows based client environments with the respected support tools (remote desktop).
- Experience on MS365 Online Application support - include Office, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and Modern authentication.
- Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to be based at project site office.
- Working Location: West
