In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with the trading desk and portfolio managers, directly contributing to our investment success through the implementation of effective IT system/infrastruture.

Role Overview:We are seeking a versatile IT Engineer to bridge the gap between software development and operational infrastructure. The primary goal is to eliminate manual intervention in our daily trade lifecycle and build a robust, automated risk and reporting framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• OMS/PMS Customization: Develop and maintain in-house enhancements for the Order Management System (OMS) and Portfolio Management System (PMS) to streamline trade execution and reconciliation.

• Automation: Build Python-based tools to automate daily "day-to-day" operations, reducing manual data entry and human error.

• Risk Monitoring: Design and implement an enhanced risk monitoring dashboard to provide real-time alerts on portfolio exposure and limit breaches.

• Infrastructure Oversight: Act as the internal point of contact for our outsourced IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure 99.9% uptime of hardware, cloud (AWS/Azure), and networking.

• Security Framework: Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies (SOC2/MAS TRM guidelines), including access management and incident response.

• Hardware Management: Troubleshoot critical hardware issues and manage the lifecycle of high-performance trading workstations.

Required Technical Skills:

• Languages: Expert-level Python (for automation) and SQL.

• Financial Tech: Experience with FIX protocol, Bloomberg API, or specific OMS/PMS vendors (e.g., Enfusion, Eze, Imagine).

• Systems: Knowledge of Windows/Linux Server environments and Cloud Infrastructure.

• Security: Understanding of Singapore’s MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) guidelines.
