About the Role

We are looking for a driven Software & Systems Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact software development and system integration projects. In this role, you will manage technical delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are implemented successfully to meet business objectives.

You will play a key role in shaping system architecture, guiding engineering teams, and driving projects from conception through deployment while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development, implementation, and system integration projects.
• Oversee system architecture design, development processes, and integration of software and hardware solutions.
• Monitor performance and operational status of equipment during installation, configuration, and testing.
• Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to conduct optimization testing and ensure system reliability.
• Provide technical direction and support to engineering teams, resolving issues related to software and equipment.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver on schedule and within targets.
• Ensure projects meet business objectives, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Strong initiative, proactive mindset, and passion for operational excellence.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience managing technical projects or cross-functional engineering teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with system integration, software development processes, and project management best practices is preferred.
