Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a SuperApp platform and related Mini App development projects for a Singapore-based client. The Project Manager will coordinate with software development partners (SI vendors in China) and ensure successful delivery to the client in Singapore. The role focuses on project delivery management, stakeholder communication, and risk management, rather than deep technical development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development projects based on a SuperApp platform, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
• Coordinate with software development SI vendors in China to align project milestones with client expectations and contractual requirements
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between the client in Singapore and the development team to facilitate clear, consistent information flow
• Develop and execute project plans, track progress, and produce regular status reports to inform stakeholders and guide decision-making
• Identify, assess, and manage technical, timeline, and delivery risks to mitigate potential project disruptions
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
• Support the integration and delivery of Mini Apps within the SuperApp ecosystem, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status updates and stakeholder communications, to ensure transparency and accountability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working with cross-border teams or external vendors (SI partners) to manage complex software projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as MS Project
• Experience with cloud computing projects to support scalable and flexible software solutions
• Experience delivering SuperApp or Mini App ecosystems to drive innovative platform development
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum to demonstrate project management expertise

About the Project The project involves delivering a SuperApp platform solution based on Alibaba Cloud SuperApp technology, enabling the integration of multiple Mini Applications within a single platform. The Project Manager will lead the delivery together with software development partners to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality delivery for the client.
