Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects,ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are effectively managed.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, adapting to changing priorities when required.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, software development, data science, and business units to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on milestones, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise project impact.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and drive successful outcomes.
• Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance with internal standards and processes.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, while supporting management in delivery oversight and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• At least 5–6 years of project management experience, including delivery of software and data-driven initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across IT, engineering, data, and business teams.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. (PMP/PRINCE2 or government project exposure is a plus.)
