Job Summary

The role is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering technology projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This will involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks while driving delivery excellence and business value.

This role is based in Tampines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource constraints.

• Assess project dependencies, risks, and gaps; conduct cost-benefit analyses and adjust plans as needed to maintain business value.

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including reviews, governance, and adherence to organizational policies.

• Act as the central liaison between internal teams, business users, vendors, and external partners.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, backlog refinement) while maintaining overall project governance and reporting.

• Oversee project resourcing, including manpower planning, vendor coordination, and workload allocation.

• Support issue resolution and conflict management through facilitation, problem-solving, and escalation handling.

• Lead, coach, and mentor project team members, supporting professional growth and performance development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including 5 years in project management.

• Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects end-to-end.

• Track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget, preferably across both vendor and end-user environments.

• PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.

• Good leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
