Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans, set deadlines, and manage the team, budget, and tools.
• Be the main contact for clients, bosses, and the team. Provide clear updates on progress and issues.
• Work with people to understand what they need the system to do and document it clearly.
• Review any requested changes to the project, assess their impact, and advise if they should proceed.
• Create test scripts to make sure the system works correctly before launch.
• Monitor the project's health, log problems, and adjust plans to handle delays.
• Perform audits of existing website content to prepare for migrations or updates.
• Keep all project files, plans, and reports complete and organized.

Requirements

• A Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience managing IT projects (especially for web applications).
• 2 years of experience working with a major Content Management System (CMS) like Sitefinity, SharePoint, or Sitecore.
• Hands-on experience doing content inventories and audits.
• Some experience working on projects using Agile methods.
• Strong skills with MS Office (especially Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus skills

• Certifications: Agile/Scrum Master, or CMS-specific certifications (e.g., SharePoint Admin).
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or ASP.NET Core.
• Experience: Planning and executing content or data migrations.

Note: Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior-level position.
