Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking an IT Project Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: IT Project Executive
• Location: MacPherson
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $5,200 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize both business and technical requirements.
• Conduct impact assessments on Change Requests to ensure alignment with system objectives and provide recommendations.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for tasks, including identifying and allocating necessary resources (personnel, equipment, and budget).
• Track project progress, monitor timelines, and adjust plans to navigate unforeseen delays or setbacks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, keeping stakeholders, clients, and team managers informed about project status.
• Prepare and present reports highlighting progress, issues, and proposed solutions.
• Develop test scripts and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document project incidents, log trends, and maintain project/system health records.
• Work with teams to define Scope of Work and prepare project quotes.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed, updated, and archived properly.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of project experience in IT web application projects.
• At least 1 year of experience with Enterprise CMS systems (Sitefinity, SharePoint, Sitecore).
• Hands-on experience with content inventory and stock take activities.
• Exposure to Agile methodology and the full software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project) for project management tasks.
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) or Enterprise CMS certifications (e.g., SharePoint Administrator, Sitefinity Administrator) would be an added advantage.
• Experience in frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or ASP.NET Core solutions would be a plus.
• Experience planning and executing content or data migration projects is an added advantage.
