Job description:

• Develop and deliver process management, process definition, and analysis of current processes where improvements are/can be identified and delivered for units supported, currently Service Recovery.
• Provide risk and governance process support across GIPS units, currently Service Recovery, Change Management, and Network Engineering.
• Provide contract management support, reviewing IT schedules for subsidiaries and overseas branches.
• Control EUC across GIPS units, maintaining an inventory list of EUC tools and ensuring compliance with established processes and governance.
• Documentation and training: Maintain an accessible repository of process manuals and guidelines, and conduct training sessions for staff to ensure established processes are adhered to.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Banking, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Good internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
