Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations including hardware/software maintenance, user support, and project execution

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices for security and stability

• Collaborate with different departments to identify and fulfill IT-related business needs

• Oversee selection, deployment, and maintenance of IT solutions

• Manage IT budget and resources efficiently and cost-effectively

• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to foster a positive work environment

• Keep updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in roles such as IT Manager, Systems Administrator, or Infrastructure Engineer, preferably within the Financial Industry

• Strong expertise in managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, end-user computing, and software applications

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to resolve complex IT issues

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills in managing IT teams

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and successful delivery of IT projects
