Our Client is one of the fastest growing company within the hospitality industry. With rapid expansion and technology investment plan, they are now looking for an IT Manager / Head of IT to join their team. 

About the job

Your role involves:

• Develop and Champion the Digital Strategy: Create, communicate, and execute a multi-year IT and digitization roadmap that supports the company's strategic goals, including the adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Serve as the primary strategic bridge between corporate business units and the technology department to ensure digital investments drive commercial value.
• Being the strategic interface between the internal business departments (Commercial, finance and etc) and IT to delivery strategy for business technology and solutions
• Leading IT Digital / ERP  Yardi project, increasing utilization of new project 
• Identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation to improve business efficiency for both corporate users and operation staff 
• Managing external vendor, ensuring that SLA has been adhered to 

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in ERP. Proven experience in successfully developing and executing a digitization roadmap or digital transformation initiatives is required for this role. 

You will have at least 8 years of experience in senior business stakeholder management. 

Candidates with experience in Yardi or property industry background will be highly preferred.
