IT Infrastructure Specialist

A leading hospitality firm is seeking a talented IT Infrastructure Specialist to join their high-performance tech team. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, security, and operational readiness of enterprise infrastructure platforms across the organization.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for infrastructure operations, cybersecurity controls, service stability, and vendor management. You will also be supporting infrastructure solutioning and project delivery for corporate improvements and technology refresh initiatives. You will be crucial in operations in network, connectivity and segmentation. You will administer servers and manage virtualization on both on-perm and cloud. You will maintain operational documentation such as runbooks, escalation procedures, and system references.

Requirements

You should hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations and support. You are expected to have strong technical expertise in networking, servers, cloud, identity, Microsoft 365, backup/DR, monitoring, and security controls. In addition, you are familiar with Microsoft Azure and have a solid understanding of security fundamentals, including firewall policies, access control, and vulnerability management.
