Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee enterprise infrastructure operations within a high-availability environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of IT infrastructure while aligning local operations with regional and global technology strategies.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and stakeholder management skills to support business continuity and operational excellence across infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management & Operations

• Lead the deployment, administration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT infrastructure systems

• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and stability across servers, storage, backup, and network environments

• Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and performance to proactively address operational risks

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure efficiency, reliability, and service delivery

• Maintain infrastructure documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers and support personnel

• Establish operational processes, workflows, and service standards to improve team effectiveness

• Support resource planning, performance management, and technical capability development

• Foster a collaborative and service-oriented team culture

Stakeholder & Regional Collaboration

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and technology needs

• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to align infrastructure initiatives with enterprise architecture and standards

• Provide technical guidance and operational updates to leadership and cross-functional teams

Project Management & Service Delivery

• Lead infrastructure-related projects including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements

• Coordinate project timelines, vendor activities, testing, rollout planning, and post-implementation support

• Ensure proper change management, risk assessment, and documentation throughout project execution

• Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity initiatives

Governance, Compliance & Budget Management

• Support infrastructure budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives

• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and operational standards

• Manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and infrastructure procurement activities

• Maintain service quality while driving operational efficiency and cost-effective solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems operations, or infrastructure support environments

• Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure domains including:

• Servers and virtualization

• Storage and backup systems

• Network infrastructure (WAN/LAN)

• System monitoring and troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience supporting both Linux (SuSE preferred) and Windows server environments

• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure operations within high-availability or 24/7 environments

• Experience managing infrastructure projects, upgrades, and vendor coordination

• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial operational environments is an added advantage.
