Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and upgrade servers, networks, and related hardware and software
• Perform IT asset management and maintain accurate, up-to-date asset records
• Conduct day-to-day infrastructure health checks and security monitoring
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and network-related issues and provide timely resolutions
• Perform change management activities, ensuring all changes are properly tracked and documented
• Respond to service requests and incidents in accordance with defined SLAs
• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors to ensure service levels are met
• Automate routine operational tasks using basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell) and high-level programming languages (e.g. Python, Perl)
• Support the provisioning and delivery of IT infrastructure projects and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyse logs and trace issues methodically 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities 
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment  
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools to drive continuous improvement
