Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for both hardware and software to internal users and external warehouse operations.
• Maintain, support, and enhance existing business systems and applications.
• Prepare, maintain, and update IT documentation, including system documentation, SOPs, and IT policies.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of systems hosted on the Azure platform.
• Participate in IT development projects, from planning to implementation and deployment.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years related experience in IT support, system maintenance, or application support.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform is an advantage.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, etc.) is an advantage.
• Decent communication skills for interaction with end users and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
