Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop, server, network, and IT support, focusing on security-related matters.

• Conduct audits and enforce standards, policies, and compliance related to IT assets and security.

• Manage general upgrades, changes, maintenance, and relocations of network infrastructure.

• Administer network and server clusters while ensuring security protocols are met.

• Participate in and support new business initiatives as required.

• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology or related fields.

• Familiarity with MS Enterprise Solutions, such as Office 365 and Azure.

• Understanding of network and server services, as well as enterprise and cyber security concepts.

• A positive team player with a constructive attitude, capable of thriving under pressure.

• A minimum of 6 months of internship experience in IT or cyber security is preferred.

• Experience with DNS, WAF, web server operations, VMware, and hypervisors is an added advantage.
