• Position Title: IT Executive
• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (Office Hours)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software applications.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software licenses.
• Monitor and safeguard the security and integrity of all company IT assets.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, and internal IT systems.
• Develop and refine IT procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and workflow efficiency.
• Provide recommendations for strengthening and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Evaluate, source, and purchase new or replacement IT equipment as needed.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management.

• Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar IT support role.
• Familiarity with macOS environments and networking is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support and be available on standby when necessary.
