Job Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for servers, networks, and end-user systems

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues escalated from Level 1 support

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure

• Manage Active Directory users, permissions, and basic system administration

• Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 user setup and email configuration

• Assist in IT infrastructure projects including server and network deployments

• Maintain system documentation and liaise with vendors when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 2–4 years of IT support or system administration experience

• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Experience in SI / MSP environment will be an advantage

• Certifications such as Microsoft or CCNA preferred
