Job Description: Engineer for E-Exam Support

We are seeking a dedicated Onsite E-Exam Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical assistance during electronic examinations. The role involves supporting exam operations, troubleshooting user issues, maintaining network and device readiness, and ensuring a smooth and reliable exam experience.

Work Location : NTU
Timings : 2 pm to 10 Pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support for E-Exam operations, ensuring all systems and equipment function optimally.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, invigilators, and stakeholders using strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Work independently and handle tasks confidently with minimal supervision.
• Participate in a 24/7 support roster and respond to on-call duties when required.
• Troubleshoot and configure desktop, laptop, and mobile devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Assist with wireless and network configuration for end-user devices.
• Perform network cable tracing, identification, and basic troubleshooting.
• Install and mount network switches and handle moderately heavy IT equipment when needed.
• Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Provide remote troubleshooting support and perform end-user tracing for issue resolution.
• Good knowledge of wireless networks and network infrastructure to support exam-related connectivity requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in network and wireless technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software tools.
• Ability to provide round-the-clock support when required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
