About the Role
We are looking for a driven sales professional to grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — while working closely with internal teams to achieve business targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
📈 Business Development & Sales
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Meet potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
🧠 Solution Selling
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations on products and services
- Recommend solutions based on client requirements and business goals
- Handle objections confidently and negotiate win-win outcomes
🤝 Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and/or government clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing, partners) to support sales efforts
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences
📊 Reporting & Forecasting
- Track and report sales performance and pipeline progress
- Forecast opportunities and manage closure probabilities
- Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in Enterprise and/or Government sectors
- Proven track record in business development and closing deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable engaging clients across email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
- Exposure to IT services or solutions is a plus
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive in managing pipelines
