About the Role

We are looking for a driven sales professional to grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — while working closely with internal teams to achieve business targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

📈 Business Development & Sales

  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Meet potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

🧠 Solution Selling

  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations on products and services
  • Recommend solutions based on client requirements and business goals
  • Handle objections confidently and negotiate win-win outcomes

🤝 Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and/or government clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing, partners) to support sales efforts
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences

📊 Reporting & Forecasting

  • Track and report sales performance and pipeline progress
  • Forecast opportunities and manage closure probabilities
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in Enterprise and/or Government sectors
  • Proven track record in business development and closing deals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable engaging clients across email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
  • Exposure to IT services or solutions is a plus
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive in managing pipelines
