Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, licenses, and related contracts.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of IT assets to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement, IT, and finance teams to optimize asset utilization and budgeting.
- Develop and enforce IT asset management policies and procedures.
- Monitor software license compliance and coordinate renewals or audits as needed.
- Support incident and problem management related to IT assets.
- Generate reports and provide insights on asset inventory, usage, and costs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in asset management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT asset management or related roles.
- Familiarity with IT asset management tools and software (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti, Lansweeper).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of software licensing models and compliance requirements.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
