About the Role

As an Investment Management Associate, you will be trained to design, analyse, and optimise investment portfolios using structured risk assessment and suitability frameworks.

You will also be placed on a progressive development pathway that provides early exposure to leadership and team management, preparing you to step into senior advisory or management responsibilities within 3–5 years based on performance.

What You Will Learn & Do

• Create diversified investment portfolios using asset allocation principles based on client goals and risk appetite

• Identify inefficiencies, concentration risks, and gaps in existing portfolios

• Support periodic portfolio reviews as market conditions evolve

• Help clients understand performance drivers and risk exposures

• Assist in repositioning portfolios when circumstances change
  

Early Leadership Development

• Learn coaching and communication frameworks used by senior managers

• Assist in guiding junior associates or supporting mini-projects

• Develop skills in meeting facilitation, influence, and strategic thinking
