• Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
• Preferred sectors: Power, Utilities, Infra, Natural Resources, Oil & Gas
• Candidates must already have relevant full-time 1-3 years of M&A / Investment Banking experience

Responsibilities would include:

• Support the origination and execution of cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions, capital raising and other financial transactions
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution across M&A, debt, capital markets, public and private debt
• Coverage: Southeast Asia
• Support the preparation of presentation materials and marketing materials for use in client meetings
• Conduct due diligence and assess sellers and target business's plans, growth prospects and financial performance
• Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets 
• Research and analysis of markets and industries, companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources 
• Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank, internal and external stakeholders

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Investment banking / IBD/ Corporate Finance / M&A (Preferably someone who has some full-time experience already)
• Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment
• Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
• Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills
• Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
• Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
