Responsibilities

• Work alongside senior wealth managers on real client cases
• Support financial planning, portfolio construction, and investment research
• Participate in client meetings and strategy discussions
• Develop skills in relationship management and business development
• Build deep understanding in retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and legacy strategies
• Receive structured coaching, performance feedback, and industry exam preparation support
