Job Description & Requirements

*Order processing, Purchase Processing, invoicing.

*Manages Inventory of company stock and support sales team in preparing quotations.

*Stock reconciliation with system and physical stocks.

*Perform admin and operation duties as and when required.

*Handles call from clients and suppliers.

*ensure correctness of RM, WIP and Finished goods are within tolerable variances.

Requirements:

*Relevant working experience with inventory management.

*Timeliness in following up all upstream and downstream forms.

*Good work attitude and reliable work record.

*Team player with effective written and verbal communication skills

Alternate Saturday work week needed.
