Job Responsibilities

• Lead the inventory control function to achieve operational KPIs and management objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and process effectiveness.

• Manage, coach, and develop a team covering inventory, purchasing, and planning functions.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to strengthen team capabilities.

• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements.

• Prepare and manage the annual purchasing budget in line with business forecasts.

• Partner with HQ and Finance to maintain cost discipline while ensuring sufficient stock availability.

• Ensure transfer pricing is set and maintained in accordance with corporate policies and global tax/finance guidelines.

• Monitor inventory turnover, holding costs, and overall stock health to protect profitability.

• Proactively manage excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory through regular review and timely action.

• Support cost analysis and margin improvement initiatives.

• Oversee inventory allocation to internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring fair and timely distribution.

• Balance supply constraints against business priorities while maintaining agreed service levels.

• Review and validate customer orders in coordination with Production, Sales, and Customer Support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and purchasing processes.

• Experience in the electronics, manufacturing, or distribution industry is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, AI tools, and strong PC/Excel skills.
