Job Summary

Deliver engaging preschool lessons aligned with curriculum and enrichment programs while fostering a safe, positive learning environment that supports children’s development and builds strong parent partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum and enrichment programs to support children’s learning outcomes
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing regular updates to parents and teaching staff
• Manage classroom dynamics to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Design and set up engaging learning corners that stimulate curiosity and development
• Perform routine care duties ensuring children’s comfort and wellbeing throughout the day
• Organize and actively participate in center events to enhance community engagement
• Ensure children’s safety and hygiene by following established protocols and standards
• Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to coordinate activities and fulfill center objectives
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with parents to support children’s growth
• Assist with additional tasks or initiatives as required to contribute to center operations and improvement

Required competencies and certifications

• Certification by ECDA (Early Childhood Development Agency)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool environment
• Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively
• Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships within the learning community
• Organizational skills to manage classroom activities and administrative tasks efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Friendly, family-oriented, and approachable personality that fosters a welcoming atmosphere
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Job Timings: 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday – Fixed Shift
