We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Internal Sales Support Executive / Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Sales team. The role involves coordinating day-to-day operations, preparing and managing quotations, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and ensuring timely distribution of key information, reports, and correspondences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to incoming enquires and provide customers with quotations and supports
• Support Sales & Marketing effort, both local and overseas
• Order planning and forecast
• Coordination between factory and customers to ensure smooth operation
• Work closely with sales personnel and provide them with orders update when necessary
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in Sales & Marketing Department
• Handle customers order, delivery and billing
• Ensure collection of payment promptly
• Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing Department
• Any other ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• No experience required fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Good interpersonal, well-organized and meticulous.
• Able to be independent, multi-tasking, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to take initiative and responsibility with a positive working attitude.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an advantage.

Work Location: Jurong Area - 5 minutes walk from Joo Koon MRT
5 days work week from 8:30 am to 18:00 pm
